Having personally dealt with the struggles of finding comprehensive pediatric care for a child with an autoimmune disorder, and the overwhelming stress that can place on a family left having to coordinate their own care, Danish is committed to the mission of changing the way that pediatric care is delivered across the country.
Prior to Zarminali, Danish was the Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of LifeStance Health (NASDAQ: LFST). Founded with the mission of increasing access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare, LifeStance has grown into the nation’s largest provider of virtual and in-person outpatient mental healthcare, with approximately 7,000 clinicians and more than 550 centers across 33 states. Danish oversaw all operations nationwide of LifeStance supported practices as well as the shared services teams including marketing, customer care, real estate, credentialing, integrations, and payor contracting. Prior to the role of President and COO, Danish served as the Chief Growth Officer of LifeStance, overseeing all growth initiatives, including de novo site openings and the expansion of LifeStance’s existing footprint into new markets, clinician recruiting, and patient marketing nationwide.
Prior to LifeStance, Danish was the former SVP of Strategic Initiatives at Accelecare Wound Centers, Inc., and COO of the post-acute division, Accelecare Wound Professionals, LLC. During his tenure, the post-acute division launched and grew into a nationwide network of 400 skilled nursing facilities under contract, with physicians employed across 22 states. Prior to Accelecare, Danish worked at Nautic Partners, a Providence RI based mid-market private equity firm, with a focus on healthcare services. He began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company.

Prior to joining Zarminali Health, Andy served as Chief Operating Officer of Pediatric Associates, the largest Pediatric group in the United States today. There he led a significant organizational evolution of over 300 disparate practices into a single high functioning multi-state medical group.
Andy’s earlier career highlights include serving as President of the East for VillageMD, a high growth value-based care focused primary care organization. During his tenure, he led the design, structure, and performance of the employed medical group during a period of nearly 600% growth in providers, while also continuously improving operational performance across 13 existing, developing, and new markets. Prior to his time at VillageMD, he was the system medical group Chief Operating Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a 2,700 provider integrated delivery system serving over 800 locations. Having worked in every non-clinical role in a physician practice, Andy brings direct understanding and respect for the work necessary to drive best in class operations.
Andy has a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Missouri State University.

Kevin is a Board Member of Zarminali Health and serves as the interim Chief Financial Officer. Kevin has three young children and has experienced the challenges of navigating the pediatric healthcare system firsthand. He is dedicated to helping change the way pediatric care is delivered in the U.S.
Prior to Zarminali, Kevin was a founding team member and Chief Development Officer of LifeStance Health (NASDAQ: LFST). Founded with the mission of increasing access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare, LifeStance has grown into the nation’s largest provider of virtual and in-person outpatient mental healthcare, with approximately 7,000 clinicians and more than 550 centers across 33 states. Most recently, Kevin oversaw the growth functions of LifeStance including nationwide clinician recruiting, business development and enterprise health system partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions. Kevin also led the creation of LifeStance’s Integrated Behavioral Health team which began providing embedded behavioral health services at primary care, OBGYN and pediatric physician offices nationwide.
Prior to joining LifeStance, Kevin was a Vice President at Summit Partners where he focused on investments in the healthcare services and life sciences sector. While at Summit, he was part of the team that founded MedSpring Urgent Care, which operates 50 urgent care centers in 3 states and was acquired by Fresenius Medical Care. Previously, Kevin worked at Curaspan and in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Leerink Partners.
He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in physics and economics from Bowdoin College.

Jane is passionate about Zarminali’s mission to provide compassionate and personalized pediatric care for families. With two young daughters, she knows that there is tremendous opportunity to improve the way pediatric care is delivered in the US.
Prior to joining Zarminali, Jane was Chief People Officer for UpStream, an innovative value-based enablement company that partnered with primary care physicians to transform the delivery of care for seniors. During her time at UpStream, Jane built and led a team that developed and implemented programming with a focus on exceptional employee experience.
Prior to that, Jane worked at VillageMD, a national leader in value-based primary care. As an early member of the VillageMD team, she built and led the talent acquisition, executive search, and provider recruiting functions. Jane played a critical role in the company’s growth from 25 to over 5,000 employees during her tenure, including launching a specialized provider recruiting team and provider experience strategy.
Jane has an MS in Public Service from DePaul University and a BA in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kevin has a personal passion to improve the overall wellbeing for pediatric patients nationwide. With conviction that technology is essential to improve and deliver healthcare at scale, Kevin is devoted to revolutionizing the industry through the deployment of leading solutions and capabilities.
Before joining Zarminali Health, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President of Technology Products at VillageMD. In this role, he focused on building and implementing software products to enhance the care delivery of thousands of providers, optimize the experience of millions of patients, and manage billions of dollars in value-based care risk. He has deep expertise in technology and analytics which he combined with in-depth user research and design to make products come to life.
Prior to his tenure at VillageMD, Kevin led the aviation vertical at a predictive IoT analytics company. In addition, he founded a company that empowered large-scale organizations, including a leading revenue cycle management organization and a major insurance company, to unlock the power of data.
Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Robbie has focused his legal practice on helping organizations to bring innovative health care solutions to reality. As the father of two boys, he is dedicated to ensuring that parents have the tools necessary to meet the health care needs of their families.
Prior to Zarminali, Robbie served as Vice President – Associate General Counsel for VillageMD. In this role, he partnered with the leadership team in working expand Village Medical into a national provider group made up of thousands of providers providing care to millions of patients.
Prior to VillageMD, Robbie served as Corporate Secretary and Senior Counsel at Walmart Health. In this role, he led the creation of Walmart Health’s corporate governance structure and worked to build a scalable foundation for Walmart Health’s growth into a multi-state provider platform. Robbie began his career at Mercy Health where he served as the regional general counsel for their Arkansas market.
Robbie holds a JD with a Certificate in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BBA in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.

As a parent of a medically complex child, Jenna brings a deeply personal commitment to advancing pediatric care. She brings her expertise in innovative care models to Zarminali to ensure children receive high-quality, accessible care.
Throughout her career, Jenna has navigated the intersection of strategy and operations in value-based care organizations. Prior to joining Zarminali, Jenna was a founding team member at Empassion Health, an end-of-life care navigation platform. At Empassion, she led provider recruitment efforts for the high needs ACO REACH program, as well as operational design and implementation for a new palliative and hospice care initiative.
Prior to Empassion, Jenna served as Director of Corporate Strategy at VillageMD, a national value-based primary care organization. Jenna began her career as a management consultant with The Chartis Group and Berkeley Research Group, where she supported academic medical centers in developing and executing value-based care strategies.
Jenna has an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Misha brings a long-held belief that a primary care first health system is needed to achieve improved health outcomes for our communities, as well as a passion to serve families and clinicians, with the belief that families deserve better connected care for their children and clinicians deserve better infrastructure to deliver care.
Misha brings 20 years of experience in primary care operations. Most recently, Misha served as Director of Practice Operations for VillageMD. Highlights from her time at VillageMD include successful integration of acquired practices, schedule build redesign, development of a successful Medical Assistant pipeline recruitment program, revenue cycle projects resulting in the reduction of millions of dollars of claims on hold, as well as leading operations of the Michigan market in the critical areas of access, employee retention, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Misha holds a doctorate in philosophy from Georgetown University, specializing in ethical theory and medical ethics, and an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Religion from Dartmouth.

Inspired by the organization's clear vision and exceptional leadership, John is eager to contribute to the mission of advancing healthcare in pediatrics for the benefit of families across the U.S.
With years of experience in the pediatrics industry, John previously led a dedicated team of M&A analysts at Pediatric Associates, today the largest pediatric provider group in the U.S., in the successful acquisition of over 70 practices. Together with his team, they developed and implemented standard processes for every stage of the acquisition journey, playing an integral part in accomplishing the organization's growth objectives.
Most recently, John served as Director of Corporate Development for Olympus Cosmetic Group, a private equity backed cosmetic surgery platform, overseeing the entire deal process from sourcing to execution. He managed an active acquisition pipeline of more than 80 opportunities through direct outreach, intermediary relationships, physician referrals, and participation in industry conferences.
John began his career at KPMG, with subsequent experience in investment banking at Crosstree Capital Partners, Inc. and Farlie Turner & Co.
John holds both a Masters and a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Georgia.

Christi embraces Zarminali’s mission to reimagine the pediatric healthcare experience from the ground up. She knows firsthand how arranging her son’s care for even the simplest of needs is anything but. She’s motivated to change what has become the norm in pediatric care and make it better — helping children and families easily get the care they need, when they need it, and from a team that is motivated to help.
Christi blends expertise in marketing strategy with enthusiasm for helping health care providers better serve their patients. Her passion is drawing the parallel between customer and employee experiences to grow brand awareness and fuel patient acquisition and clinician recruiting. She led a marketing and communications team at Bon Secours Mercy Health that supported clinical operations across the full health system. There, she improved patient access to services and closed patient gaps with personalized, timely communication. More recently, she partnered with marketing executives across the nation to solve their unique needs and challenges as part of a full-service agency. She developed new employer branding and strategy to reach target audiences, replaced a known healthcare brand with a new one, and orchestrated campaigns to drive physician preference to strategic service lines.
Christi received her MBA, with an emphasis in marketing, from Wright State University in Ohio and holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Union Adventist University in Nebraska.

Logan has been with the team since inception. He is deeply passionate about care delivery innovation with the conviction that reshaping the U.S. healthcare system starts with broadening access to high quality, community-centered, and affordable care for our youngest patients.
Prior to joining Zarminali, Logan held progressive strategy and corporate development roles at VillageMD, an early innovator in value-based care, where he was instrumental in spearheading operational initiatives, shaping transformative transactions, and driving strategic growth agendas. Notably, he collaboratively executed several of VillageMD’s initial platform acquisitions and new market launches. Logan also played an integral role in structuring successive investments from leading strategic and financial investors to facilitate a first of its kind, nationwide collaborative care model rollout.
Logan began his career in investment banking with Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised healthcare companies on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other strategic matters.
Logan holds a BA in Economics from Kenyon College.
