Changes for Established Families
On September 14 we will move to Zarminali Pediatrics & Urgent Care - Rochester Hills. We will also move to a new electronic health record that will enhance workflows for our team members so they can better support you and your family. We are also now offering digital check-in, which will allow you to complete paperwork ahead of your child’s visit.
Moving forward, when you receive your appointment reminder, it will include a link to complete any paperwork from your smart device ahead of your visit so you can spend less time filling out paperwork in the clinic.

Yes, Zarminali Pediatrics & Immediate Care – Rochester Hills is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offers telehealth appointment options.
Yes, all scheduled appointments will transition with us to Zarminali Pediatrics & Immediate Care – Rochester Hills.
Please call our new phone number (248) 206-8220 to schedule an appointment. In the near future, families who have created a new portal account will also be able to book appointments through the portal and at zarminali.com.
Our practice will move to a new electronic health record (EHR) on September 14, which will enhance workflows for our team so they can better support you and your family.
All established families will receive an email and a current portal message from us that will include an invitation link for the new portal, giving you the option to create an account. This will be an important action for you to take to maintain connectivity to us via patient portal.
While you will not be able to use your old portal for ongoing communication with our team, it’s important to note that you will maintain access to this portal for key information.

No. We’ll continue to offer all current services. We are pleased to share that our patients will have access to behavioral health, speech therapy, and walk-in care at Zarminali Pediatrics & Immediate Care - Rochester Hills.
Yes. You may continue to make payments on the Corwell patient portal for services before Sept. 14, 2026. For services provided Sept. 14 and onward, statements will be in the new Zarminali Pediatrics patient portal.
Please note, Zarminali does not take cash payments and does not accept checks in the clinic. If you prefer to pay by check, you will be able to mail them to the address listed on your statement.
