We offer high deductible and PPO medical plan options, as well as dental and vision coverage for employees and dependents

Ancillary benefits are also available to meet the needs of our employees, including life insurance, short- and long-term disability, critical illness and accident coverage, and an employee assistance program.

Having time away from work is an important part of wellness, which is why—in addition to PTO and holidays—we have a separate sabbatical program.

Team members who have been continuously employed with Zarminali on a full-time basis will qualify for a one-month (four weeks) paid sabbatical every five years. This additional benefit gives extended time to rest, travel, develop skills—whatever helps you focus on your own health and well-being.

Zarminali Pediatrics recognizes seven paid holidays, and employees can use two floating holidays to observe holidays of their choosing. PTO and flex time vary based on position.

Growing as a family is something to celebrate, and spending time together in those initial weeks and months can make all the difference. For all parents we offer four weeks of paid leave for birth, adoption, or placement of a child, plus an additional eight weeks for mothers recovering from childbirth (a total of 12 weeks).

We don’t currently offer an internship program, but we are always interested in connecting with people who are interested in our mission and are looking to start a career in healthcare. Yes, you can apply for multiple roles, and your application will be reviewed against the qualifications for each role that you apply for. Likewise, if our recruiting team reviews your application and feels you may be qualified for a different role than the one you applied for, they will reach out to discuss that opportunity with you to gauge your interest.  

No, and in fact we encourage you to apply if you meet most, but not all requirements. There are some things that we cannot be flexible on (like clinical licensure requirements, for example), but there are other requirements or qualifications where we can be flexible or consider different experience in lieu of what is listed on the job description. Since we can’t list every requirement or qualification scenario in the job description, we encourage you to apply if your experience is relevant and you are interested in the role.  

Yes, we have team members working remotely across the United States. Our Enterprise roles, which include support functions like Finance, People, and Marketing Communications, are all fully remote.

Note that, depending on the role, travel may be needed.
