Find Your Child’s Pediatrician

From your first inquiry to your baby’s first checkup, your Family Pathways Associate is your dedicated partner. They’ll answer your questions, guide you through resources, and be your single point of contact as you transition into pediatric care. Families tell us this program makes preparing for a new baby feel easier and more personal.

Your first visit will take place within the first few days of bringing your baby home! This is where we will establish your baseline for future appointments and examine your baby from head to toe.

You will come back for a second visit within the next week to track progress — consider this a well visit for you and your new baby!

From there, we will typically schedule appointments at 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9 months, following the . Throughout these appointments we will establish milestones unique to your child, monitor their overall health, and help your family thrive.
