Meet our team
Having personally dealt with the struggles of finding comprehensive pediatric care for a child with an autoimmune disorder, and the overwhelming stress that can place on a family left having to coordinate their own care, Danish is committed to the mission of changing the way that pediatric care is delivered across the country.
Prior to Zarminali, Danish was the Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of LifeStance Health (NASDAQ: LFST). Founded with the mission of increasing access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare, LifeStance has grown into the nation’s largest provider of virtual and in-person outpatient mental healthcare, with approximately 7,000 clinicians and more than 550 centers across 33 states. Danish oversaw all operations nationwide of LifeStance-supported practices as well as the shared services teams including marketing, customer care, real estate, credentialing, integrations, and payor contracting. Prior to the role of President and COO, Danish served as the Chief Growth Officer of LifeStance, overseeing all growth initiatives, including de novo site openings and the expansion of LifeStance’s existing footprint into new markets, clinician recruiting, and patient marketing nationwide.
Prior to LifeStance, Danish was the former SVP of Strategic Initiatives at Accelecare Wound Centers, Inc., and COO of the post-acute division, Accelecare Wound Professionals, LLC. During his tenure, the post-acute division launched and grew into a nationwide network of 400 skilled nursing facilities under contract, with physicians employed across 22 states. Prior to Accelecare, Danish worked at Nautic Partners, a Providence, RI-based mid-market private equity firm, with a focus on healthcare services. He began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company.
Danish holds a BA from Northwestern University.
Dr. Amanda Furr is an experienced pediatrician and healthcare leader with a passion for improving how pediatric care is delivered. She’s committed to fostering clinical excellence and supporting pediatric clinicians nationwide to create coordinated, comprehensive care experiences that put families first.
Dr. Furr has spent over 15 years blending frontline clinical practice with strategic leadership roles focused on population health and care model innovation. She most recently served as senior vice president of Population Health at Pediatric Associates, and prior to that, she was chief medical officer for VillageMD’s Midwest region. In both roles, she led large teams of clinicians and worked to develop scalable care models that support both patients and providers.
A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Furr began her medical career practicing pediatrics in rural communities of Indiana, where she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of community-centered, patient-focused care. The proud mother of four boys, she graduated with her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She currently resides in Rockville with her family.
Andy has dedicated his career to improving the quality, access, and cost of patient care. He brings this experience to Zarminali knowing that we can provide better care for future generations of pediatric patients.
Prior to joining Zarminali, Andy served as Chief Operating Officer of Pediatric Associates, the largest Pediatric group in the United States today. There he led a significant organizational evolution of over 300 disparate practices into a single high-functioning multi-state medical group.
Andy’s earlier career highlights include serving as President of the East for VillageMD, a high-growth primary care organization focused on value-based care. During his tenure, he led the design, structure, and performance of the employed medical group during a period of nearly 600% growth in providers, while also continuously improving operational performance across 13 existing, developing, and new markets. Prior to his time at VillageMD, he was the system medical group Chief Operating Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a 2,700 provider integrated delivery system serving over 800 locations. Having worked in every non-clinical role in a physician practice, Andy brings direct understanding and respect for the work necessary to drive best-in class-operations.
Andy has a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Missouri State University.
Syed Hassan is a technology leader with a passion for building platforms that distill complex processes into easy action for consumers. In his role as chief technology officer at Zarminali Pediatrics, he’s committed to creating scalable solutions that support both Zarminali families and clinicians, ensuring that technology serves as a tool for coordinated, comprehensive care experiences for the patient, parent, and provider.
With over two decades of experience, Hassan has blended technical expertise with strategic leadership roles across a wide range of industries, including fintech, retail, and healthcare. He has a proven track record of scaling both technology platforms and engineering teams, and most recently served as senior vice president of Engineering at Hims & Hers. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at companies such as Capital One, Macy’s, Walmart.com , Realtor.com, and Williams-Sonoma.
Hassan is known for his expertise in building flexible, growth-oriented technology foundations. His leadership is guided with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic experimentation, ensuring that technology initiatives are both innovative, impactful, and integrated with how consumers actually use them in their everyday lives.
Kevin is a Board Member of Zarminali and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Kevin has three young children and has experienced the challenges of navigating the pediatric healthcare system firsthand. He is dedicated to helping change the way pediatric care is delivered in the U.S.
Prior to Zarminali, Kevin was a founding team member and Chief Development Officer of LifeStance Health (NASDAQ: LFST). Founded with the mission of increasing access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare, LifeStance has grown into the nation’s largest provider of virtual and in-person outpatient mental healthcare, with approximately 7,000 clinicians and more than 550 centers across 33 states. Most recently, Kevin oversaw the growth functions of LifeStance including nationwide clinician recruiting, business development and enterprise health system partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions. Kevin also led the creation of LifeStance’s Integrated Behavioral Health team which began providing embedded behavioral health services at primary care, OBGYN and pediatric physician offices nationwide.
Prior to joining LifeStance, Kevin was a Vice President at Summit Partners where he focused on investments in the healthcare services and life sciences sector. While at Summit, he was part of the team that founded MedSpring Urgent Care, which operates 50 urgent care centers in 3 states and was acquired by Fresenius Medical Care. Previously, Kevin worked at Curaspan and in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Leerink Partners.
He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in physics and economics from Bowdoin College.
Jane is passionate about Zarminali’s mission to provide compassionate and personalized pediatric care for families. With two young daughters, she knows that there is tremendous opportunity to improve the way pediatric care is delivered in the US.
Prior to joining Zarminali, Jane was Chief People Officer for UpStream, an innovative value-based enablement company that partnered with primary care physicians to transform the delivery of care for seniors. During her time at UpStream, Jane built and led a team that developed and implemented programming with a focus on exceptional employee experience.
Prior to that, Jane worked at VillageMD, a national leader in value-based primary care. As an early member of the VillageMD team, she built and led the talent acquisition, executive search, and provider recruiting functions. Jane played a critical role in the company’s growth from 25 to over 5,000 employees during her tenure, including launching a specialized provider recruiting team and provider experience strategy.
Jane has an MS in Public Service from DePaul University and a BA in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Robbie has focused his legal practice on helping organizations to bring innovative health care solutions to reality. As the father of two boys, he is dedicated to ensuring that parents have the tools necessary to meet the health care needs of their families.
Prior to Zarminali, Robbie served as Vice President – Associate General Counsel for VillageMD. In this role, he partnered with the leadership team in working to expand Village Medical into a national provider group made up of thousands of providers providing care to millions of patients.
Prior to VillageMD, Robbie served as Corporate Secretary and Senior Counsel at Walmart Health. In this role, he led the creation of Walmart Health’s corporate governance structure and worked to build a scalable foundation for Walmart Health’s growth into a multi-state provider platform. Robbie began his career at Mercy Health where he served as the regional general counsel for their Arkansas market.
Robbie holds a JD with a Certificate in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BBA in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Dr. Lal is passionate about providing the care that families deserve for their children. She believes innovation is the key to not only improving meaningful pediatric care, but also for wellness and success of clinicians.
Her experience in healthcare ranges from practicing clinician to executive leadership, in both Pediatric urgent care and public health. Most recently, she served as Deputy Health Officer at Jefferson County Department of Health. Prior to that, she served as co-founder and Chief Medical and Operations Officer at Urgent Care for Children, setting clinical and operational standards and overseeing staff at the state’s first pediatric specialized walk-in urgent care clinics throughout Alabama. She’s guided children to healthier futures for more than a decade, practicing pediatrics in a variety of roles since 2010. She’s also helped train the next generation of clinicians while serving as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at both University of Alabama at Birmingham and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
Dr. Lal attended medical school at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, India. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Whiddon College of Medicine at the University of South Alabama.
Dr. Moore has been focused on improving pediatric care for more than 20 years, sharing in Zarminali’s vision to create an experience that’s more seamless for families and clinicians alike.
He co-founded Green Tree Pediatrics in 2005, providing high-quality care in Chelsea and Ann Arbor, Michigan, that focused on collaborating with families and leveraging technology to improve care. Dr. Moore remained a practicing pediatrician while also providing leadership and oversight for the practice’s three locations, which became part of Zarminali in 2025. In addition to his role with Zarminali, he currently serves as a member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Primary Care Leadership Council.
Dr. Moore earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University and completed his post-graduate training at Case Western Reserve University, with a focus on general pediatrics.
