About Ashley Bueltemann, CPNP-PC
Ashley Bueltemann is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who provides primary care for children of every age, from newborns to young adults. Before joining Zarminali Pediatrics, she cared for children in a busy pediatric practice and spent years as a registered nurse at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, including five years in the neonatal intensive care unit. That experience shaped her special interests in newborn care, support for families of premature infants, and education on healthy nutrition.
She focuses on newborn-to-adolescent care. Her philosophy of care is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered care that promotes the health, growth, and development of every child. She believes each child deserves individualized attention in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, with a focus on preventive care, well-child visits, health education, early intervention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
Ashley chose pediatrics to be an advocate for children, build trusting relationships with families, and give parents the education and support they need to make informed healthcare decisions. A Tennessee native at heart, Ashley practices close to her home in Bartlett, where she is proud to serve families in her own community. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baptist Health Sciences University in Memphis. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing.
Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys time with her husband, Collin, and their two dogs, Cooper and Judge.
