About Elizabeth McKenna, MD
Dr. McKenna enjoys having fun with her patients, helping them feel at ease at every visit.
Passionate about helping her community find and access quality care, she has served as a board member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, chair of its Access to Care Committee, and medical director of the Medical Services Project. She is a former board member and current community member of the State Medicaid Advisory Committee.
She is winner of the American Academy of Pediatrics 2016 Special Achievement Award for distinguished service and dedication to the mission and goals of the Academy.Her path to pediatrics began with undergraduate studies at Brown University, continued with a medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, and included a pediatric residency at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her horse, playing with her dogs, skiing, and playing golf.
