Fatima Saeed is a speech-language pathologist completing her clinical fellowship, with experience supporting both children and adults across outpatient clinics, schools, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. She is passionate about family-centered, culturally responsive care, building individualized treatment plans around each child's unique needs and family priorities. Fatima brings a warm, child-led approach to therapy and works closely with families to help communication skills grow.
Fatima has strong expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), supporting children and families with everything from low-tech communication boards to high-tech touchscreen and eye-gaze systems, including TD Snap, TouchChat, Proloquo2Go, and LAMP. She conducts comprehensive evaluations and provides treatment across expressive and receptive language, articulation, and social communication, and she values close collaboration with interdisciplinary team members — including occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, and psychiatry — to give each child well-rounded care.
Fatima earned her Master of Arts in communication sciences and disorders from Michigan State University, where she also completed her undergraduate degree. She is fluent in both English and Arabic, allowing her to connect with and support a wider range of families. Based in the Ann Arbor area, she is excited to bring her skills to families across Michigan.
