Dr. Jacinta White Topps is a board-certified pediatrician who has cared for children in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for more than two decades. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Topps is deeply committed to the health and well-being of children across the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania communities. She serves on the boards of Healthy Families Rappahannock Area and Rappahannock Area CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), reflecting her belief that every child deserves a strong, supported start in life. Service to children extends well beyond her exam rooms. Dr. Topps received her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals at Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 2001. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling, golfing, and indoor cycling.
