Dr. Bakerink, also known as “Dr. B,” is a board-certified pediatrician with extensive experience in pediatrics since 1997, and is dedicated to providing compassionate, collaborative care for children.
Dr. Bakerink earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, Nev., and completed his pediatric residency at the University of California, Davis. He later served as Chief of Pediatrics at Summerlin Hospital for several years. Dr. Bakerink continues to work in the Las Vegas Valley, caring for children of all ages, building trusted relationships with families while delivering thoughtful and compassionate care to patients from all walks of life.
In addition to his clinical work, he is deeply committed to serving underserved children and has supported international medical service projects in Brazil, Africa, and Honduras.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Bakerink enjoys running, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors. He is also the proud father of three children.
