As a primary care pediatrician, Dr. Katona is eager to care for and build relationships with children and their families. She earned a medical degree from Wayne State University and her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Oakland University. Dr. Katona completed her pediatric residency at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. She has a special interest in adolescent health, newborn care, and early literacy.
Dr. Katona is married and cherishes quality time with her family and friends, and enjoys reading, exercising, baking, and traveling.
