Dr. Plummer is a board-certified pediatrician. She values the privilege of serving as a trusted resource, blending her medical expertise with her perspective she brings as a mother to her patients and their families. Dr. Plummer provides comprehensive general pediatric care with special interests in preventive health, nutrition, lifestyle improvements, mental health, and the thoughtful integration of complementary and alternative approaches with traditional medicine practices. Dr. Plummer earned her medical degree from Temple University, School of Medicine and completed residency training in pediatrics at Sinai Hospital of Medicine. Her passion for pediatrics was shaped early on by a fascination with science and nature, as well as her commitment to making a meaningful impact on future generations. She further developed this calling while serving more than two years in the Peace Corps in West Africa, where she worked on a Maternal and Child Health Program. In her free time, Dr. Plummer loves spending time with her spouse and family. She loves traveling and attending cultural events, reading, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring a wide variety of cuisines.
