Kiera Griffin specializes in pediatric and adolescent mental health, with a focus on supporting school-aged children and teens through emotional, social, and developmental challenges. With a background as a multi-grade educator, Kiera brings a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, allowing her to connect meaningfully with young patients and meet them where they are. She is passionate about helping children build resilience, recognize their strengths, and grow into their truest selves. Kiera takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care that emphasizes autonomy and personal agency. She partners closely with patients and families to create a safe, supportive environment where young people can better understand their emotions, set goals, and develop lifelong coping skills—always guided by a “whole child” philosophy that integrates mental health with family, school, and peer relationships. Kiera was drawn to Zarminali Pediatrics for its comprehensive, integrated approach to pediatric care and its commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration. Outside of her practice, she is a proud parent to a 10-year-old son and values supporting healthy independence and self-discovery.
