Dr. Knisley’s approach to care is compassionate and individualized, focusing on the unique physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each child. One of her favorite aspects of pediatrics is guiding new parents through the exciting and sometimes surprising experiences of early childhood. She provides family-centered care, fostering open communication and building trust with both parents and children. Dr. Knisley welcomes expectant parents to make an appointment in the third trimester to get to know us, ask questions, and prepare for your new baby’s care. Dr. Knisley earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed her pediatrics residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson. She is certified in integrative medicine through the University of Arizona and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. When she’s not working, Dr. Knisley enjoys outdoor adventures with her family and their two rescue dogs.
