Shadi Usefi-Moridani is a pediatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience and a deep passion for caring for children and supporting families. Shadi’s care is rooted in the belief that children are not simply small adults; their medical care should be tailored to their age, developmental stage, and family dynamics. She values partnering closely with families to ensure children receive care that supports both their physical and emotional well-being.
Shadi earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from Tehran University. After moving to the United States, she attended the University at Buffalo, where she completed her Masters of Science in Nursing - Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and obtained board certification through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Her professional background includes experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting and extensive experience working as a pediatric nurse practitioner in pediatric primary care, gastroenterology, and pediatric neurology. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care to children at every stage of development.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, spending time at the beach and skiing.
