Dr. Welch is a board-certified pediatrician dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to children from birth through adolescence. Whether providing routine wellness care or helping navigate complex medical concerns, Dr. Welch works closely with families to guide children through every stage of growth. Dr. Welch ensures that every patient and every parent feels heard, understood, and supported. She takes time to listen, answer questions, and partner with families in making the best decisions for their child's health and development. She earned her medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
