When Dr. Moore started the clinic 20 years ago, he believed that pediatric care could be delivered differently. That’s a mission and vision that Zarminali Pediatrics shares—and they’re building it on a national scale.
Our team takes pride in our work and the care we provide for the community, and we’re excited to continue carrying that forward under the Zarminali brand.
As part of Zarminali, we are part of the pediatric group being built to support families nationwide. Our three practices in the Chelsea and Ann Arbor communities are the first of their clinics.
Over the years, we’ve had a few name changes. From when Dr. Scott Moore opened our first clinic in Chelsea, MI, as Moore Pediatrics and Associates to our name change in 2015 to Green Tree Pediatrics, our focus has always been on providing your family with expert, compassionate care.
Each time our name changed, it was paired with efforts to elevate your experience. This time is no different: The change of our name as part of becoming Zarminali is because of our commitment to creating an ever better pediatric experience.

Our practice moved to a new electronic health record that will enhance workflows for our team members so they can better support you and your family.
In the coming days, established families will receive an email from us (noreply@patient-message.com) that prompts you to create a new account and outlines the steps to do so. Taking this step will be an important action for you to take to maintain connectivity to us via patient portal.
While you will not be able to use your old portal for ongoing communication with our team, it’s important to note that you will maintain access to this portal for key information.
Your old account will be used to
- Pay statements with a date of service before June 23, 2025.
- Review past visit notes, learning materials, health reminders, and referrals.
For services June 23 and onwards, statements, visit notes, learning materials, health reminders, and referrals will be in the new Zarminali Pediatrics patient portal.
If you have any issues with access, like adding family structure to your account if you have multiple children, please contact our clinic.
Once you have access, you should not notice significant changes on your end as the overall portal experience will not change. You will still be able to
- Schedule appointments within the portal
- Make payments online and/or save credit cards on file for future services
- Communicate with your care team

You will receive an email in the coming days from Zarminali Pediatrics (noreply@patient-message.com) that has three easy steps to complete to log-into your portal using existing username and password.

If you are an established family, once you create your new log-in for the patient portal, you can also schedule as usual through our patient portal.
If any questions arise, you can always call our office!
Yes. We’ve made the decision to stop taking cash payments and are no longer accepting checks in the clinic. If you prefer to pay by check, you will be able to mail them to the address listed on your statement.
With very few families choosing to pay with cash or check, we felt the resources needed to support continuation of receiving these payment options would be better spent in ways that add value to patient experience. Moving forward with this change reduces the need for an extensive billing department and keeps our resources focused on your child’s care.
You may continue to use the same patient portal to pay for services before June 23, 2025. For services provided June 23 and onwards, statements will be in the new Zarminali Pediatrics patient portal.
