Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible, and we’re excited to continue supporting your family’s health in new ways. Everything we do is rooted in creating a better pediatric care experience, while keeping what matters most to your family in mind.
Changes for Established Families
We have moved to a new electronic health record that will enhance workflows for our team members, so they can better support you and your family. All established families will receive an email with an invitation link to create a new portal account. This will be an important action for you to take to maintain connectivity to us via patient portal.
We are also now offering digital check-in, which will allow you to complete paperwork ahead of your child’s visit. Moving forward, when you receive your appointment reminder, it will include a link to complete any paperwork from your device ahead of your visit so you can spend less time filling out paperwork in the office.

In the near future you will be able to schedule appointments on zarminali.com. Families who create a patient portal account will also be able to schedule through the portal.
Yes. We've made the change to stop taking cash payments and are no longer accepting checks in the clinic. You may continue to make payments for services before August 26 on the website. If you prefer to pay by check, you will be able to mail them to the address listed on your statement. For services after August 26, statements will be in the new patient portal.
We felt the resources needed to continue receiving cash or check payments in-office would be better spent in ways that add value to patient experience. Moving forward with this change keeps our resources focused on your child’s care.
