Changes for Established Families
We have moved to a new electronic health record that will enhance workflows for our team members, so they can better support you and your family. All established families will receive an email from weecare@weecarelv.com with an invitation link to create a new portal account. This will be an important action for you to take to maintain connectivity to us via patient portal.
We are also now offering digital check-in, which will allow you to complete paperwork ahead of your child’s visit. Moving forward, when you receive your appointment reminder, it will include a link to complete any paperwork from your device ahead of your visit so you can spend less time filling out paperwork in the office.

A patient portal is an online platform that helps you easily view health records and connect with our clinic. This will be available to you beginning on Tuesday, May 12 as our clinic transitions to an electronic health record (EHR).
On that day, we will send an email that includes an invitation link, giving our patient families the option to create a portal account. Once you have access to the portal, you will be able to

Starting May 26, families who have created a new patient portal account will be able to schedule appointments through the portal.

Digital check-in is not required; our team members will assist with any of these items upon arrival if you’d rather not complete them digitally.
Yes. We've made the decision to stop taking cash payments and are no longer accepting checks in the clinic. If you prefer to pay by check, you will be able to mail them to the address listed on your statement. We felt the resources needed to support continuation of receiving these payment options would be better spent in ways that add value to patient experience. Moving forward with this change keeps our resources focused on your child’s care.
You may continue to make payments through Tebra for services prior to May 11. For services provided May 12 and onwards, statements will be in the new Zarminali Pediatrics patient portal.
