About Jasmine Bailey, LLMSW
Jasmine is a dedicated pediatric clinician with a specialized focus in behavioral health, bringing compassionate, person-centered care to children and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and a broad range of other behavioral and emotional health challenges.
Jasmine is passionate about empowering children to recognize and build upon their own strengths, creating a safe and accessible space where every family feels seen, supported, and heard. She takes a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to care, drawing on therapeutic modalities including play therapy and parent coaching to meet each child and family where they are.
Jasmine's philosophy is rooted in the belief that children shape our future, and that every child deserves equal opportunity to build a bright and promising one. This conviction drives her clinical work and her commitment to equipping families with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to help their children thrive — regardless of circumstance. She was drawn to Zarminali Pediatrics for its intentional, quality-centered approach to care, an approach she describes as one she would trust for her own loved ones.
A lifelong Metro Detroit resident, Jasmine is deeply connected to her community and committed to being an active, supportive presence within it. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and making memories with her family.
